Hoy se estrena en España el documental sobre el funcionamiento del restaurante de ferrán Adrià, El Bulli.
Durante 108 minutos el director alemán Gereon Wetzel nos abre la ventana a los fogones de´uno de lso restaurantes más conocidos mundialemnte y nos muestra cómo se diseñan los nuevos menús, cómo investigan, la experimentn y finalmente cómo funciona el restuarante.
Es la primera vez que se muestran los secretos de la cocina-laboratorio de Ferrán Adrià y lo hizo con el convencimiento de que, en sus palabras, "La mejor manera de demostrar que no hay nada escondido es dejar siempre ver.
Asimismo, afirma que "Me gustaba también que la gente viera que la innovación no es fácil, pero que tampoco es tanta historia, que somos una pyme muy pequeña con 250.000 euros de inversión al año en I+D, y con eso somos referencia mundial, un buen ejemplo en tiempos de crisis, pues somos gente normal y emprendedora".
